PT Lintas Media Danawa (LMD) is a company engaged in Managed Services, Application Solutions, and IT Outsourcing, hereinafter referred to as “We”.

PT Lintas Media Danawa fully recognizes that Personal Data is an important asset, thus We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality and Protection of Your Personal Data.

This Personal Data Protection Notice regulates the policies and practices applied by PT Lintas Media Danawa as the Personal Data Controller in obtaining, correcting, updating, disseminating, displaying, announcing, transferring, disclosing, deleting, and destroying (hereinafter referred to as “Processing”) Your Personal Data.

- Delay or restrict the processing of Personal Data proportionally according to the purpose of Personal Data processing.
- Obtain and/or use Personal Data about Yourself from the Personal Data Controller in a format that is commonly used or readable by electronic systems.
- Transfer and send Personal Data about Yourself to other Personal Data Controllers, provided that the systems used can communicate securely in accordance with Personal Data Protection principles based on applicable regulations.
- And other rights in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, including but not limited to the Personal Data Protection Law.

We collect and gather information that identifies and/or can be identified alone or combined with other information, either directly or indirectly through electronic and/or non-electronic systems related to such information, limited to Services.

We collect Personal Data for various purposes permitted by applicable regulations in the Republic of Indonesia.
In processing Your Personal Data, We have the following purposes (“Purpose”):
- For marketing needs of the Services and products offered by Us, including sending promotions, new products, news, surveys, and updates related to Our Services;

- To provide Services to You;
- To resolve issues related to access to the Services;

- For internal audit purposes within Our organization and affiliated copies.

Access to Personal Data
We are committed to fulfilling your right to access the Personal Data that is collected and processed. In fulfilling requests for access to Personal Data, We may deny a request if we find that the request meets one or more of the following conditions:
- Endangers the security or physical or mental well-being of the Personal Data Subject and/or others.
- Impacts the disclosure of Personal Data belonging to others.

Correction and Updating of Your Personal Data

We will correct it within 3 x 24 (three times twenty-four) hours from the time We receive your request for update/correction of the data.
In the event of inaccuracies in providing Your Personal Data, We reserve the right to terminate the Services based on Our knowledge and consideration.

Security and Confidentiality of Your Personal Data

Deletion and Destruction of Personal Data
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations or Our data retention policy of 10 (ten) years, or upon your request, We may delete and/or destroy Your Personal Data from our copies so that it can no longer identify you, except for legal obligations, future evidence purposes, taxes, audits, and accounting.
